RDEC7 – A Compact, Programmable Decade Resistor – Part 6

In this post I try to give an estimate of the costs for building the device.                                      

Costs

With parts sourced from LCSC and the PCBs manufactured by JLCPCB the project can be built for around 100€ (taxes and shipment not included).

Enclosure

I could not find an enclosure in a format which would fit the assembly so with a hacksaw and a bunch of files I built my own using a piece of 1.5mm aluminum sheet metal.   The results of my efforts can be seen above.
